Mothers are CODAs. They wanted to have a kid, so they agreed on an unknown donor. Their first child was born Deaf, then their second kid was also born Deaf! It’s very rare for two hearing people to conceive a deaf child. They kinda hit the lottery! 😉
So they decided to do a blood test. They got an answer: Connexin-26!
