This adorable kid named Ilene is hoping to find a family soon.
A good Samaritan found her wet, cold and crying wrapped in a bag in a pile of trash in California.
She is also blind.
Ilene was taken to a crowded animal shelter in Madera, California but later transferred to the Oregon Humane Society (OHS) which has a cat and kitten intake center that specializes in unusual conditions.
Veterinarians believe Ilene was born blind due to a congenital defect in cats.
But despite not having eyes, doctors say Ilene is a happy playful kitten.
She is available for adoption today Saturday.
