Here’s a quick recap of the top five stories of the week.

The coronavirus pandemic is affecting everyone including Sign1News.

To ensure the safety of our staff, me, Candace, Jethro will be reporting from remote locations until the threat of the virus passes.

President Trump is giving daily updates from the White House on coronavirus.

Sign1News will be providing ASL interpretation for those press conferences whenever possible.

One story that seem to capture the most attention was a report from the White House task force that said there could be a number of people who are getting infected with the coronavirus by people who don’t have any symptoms.

Pet lovers were happy to learn their animals cannot contract coronavirus.

But health experts say they can carry the virus on their fur so be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after petting or playing with them.

Tens of thousands of our viewers are tuning in to get their coronavirus questions answered by board-certified family physician Deborah Gilboa better known as Dr. G who is responding in sign language.
