Sometimes we get so busy taking care of others during this pandemic, we can forget to care for ourselves.

But there are seven things you can do to be your best self.

One: acknowledge your feelings and allow yourself to feel them.

Don’t minimize those feelings or compare your feelings to others.

Two: practice healthy habits with diet and exercise.

Three: follow a routine.

It can create predictability and offer a sense of comfort and security.

Four: set boundaries so you don’t get burnt out.

For example setting limits on how long you will work and not working 24/7.

Five: make time for laughter and joy by FaceTiming a friend.

Social distancing doesn’t mean social isolation.

Six: do something for yourself that’s only for you.

And finally practice gratitude.

It can help you focus on what you do have instead of what you don’t.
